Responsibility

 

  • Posting advertisements for new employees and Contacting employment services or even executive recruiters.
  • Ensuring all record keeping with regards to workman's compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations is completed as required.
  • Overseeing the human resources department staff and handling all issues involving employee issues.
  • Managing office or agency health, safety and mental health and well-being issues.
  • Working with employers and employees in training and in-service presentations as required.
  • Act as the bridge between management and workers in non-union companies.
  • Conflict resolution and improving overall workplace moral is a key part.
  • Responsible for overall growth, diversity, implementing new polices and to maintain the satisfaction level of both staff as well as top management. 
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing the personnel department within a company, organization or agency.
  • Supervise the employees to comply with the rules, regulations in orders to measures the concerns and safety of the work functions.
  • Liaise with all departments, to ensure all overtime and salary details are submitted accurately to the payroll term.
  • Establish and maintain good relations among employees to stay abreast o f current and future employee relation issues to prevent setting up of labor union.

Qualification

  • Male/Female with age 35 years up, with pro-active characters
  • Bachelor’s Degree of higher in Social Science, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing/industrial HR Management is a must
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labour Law
  • Computer literary
  • Pleasant personality and should be fluent in English language.
  • Good hand in making and implementing new changes and suggests appropriate solutions for behavioral issues.
  • Contender with the potential of team management and motivational skill is the most suitable person for this profile
  • Integrity and with interpersonal skills to bring effective outcomes
  • Strong Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in up country
