| Qualification |
The candidate should be a professional Mechanical/ Electrical/ Metallurgical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in Operation and Maintenance of Secondary Aluminium Alloy manufacturing unit out of which at least 3 years should be at a senior level holding functional responsibility of the area and establishing as an exceptional performer.
The candidate should have a strong technical background and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a leader he should be able to handle well qualified work force, motivating and enhancing performance of the team.
His primary responsibility will be to ensure consistent plant operations at peak volumes whilst optimizing efficiencies and quality. He should be a total solutions provider for O&M challenges and institutionalize systems for safe O&M practices and continuous improvement culture. |

Job is based at the factory located in Thailand.
Salary commensurate with experience will be paid.
