Why GP Group invested
When GP Group started to wind down its commodities trading division towards the end of the millennia it recognised an opportunity in supporting Asia’s growing economies and populations. The team on the energy and resources trading desk founded Eastern Energy in 2001 to develop the evolving energy and minerals play.
